YAY for Mommy, even if i AM 24 years old!
I just had to update... It was a super wonderful night!
I met mom and we went to see CATS together (it was playing at the Civic... the same production I've been talking about since January cause Rachel had a BIG part in it! It was WONDERFUL! Rachel rocked, they all rocked, but i payed special attention to rachel of course... (IF YOU READ THIS, I KNOW I KEEP SAYING IT BUT I AM REALLY REALLY PROUD OF YOU... it couldnt have been easy to go back to something you've been away from for so long, and to do something new like community theater, but you KICKED ASS! You're such an amazing person, who never fails to suprise me!!!)
Anyways, mom really liked it, and I'm glad (since she drove down here to see it with me). Then afterwards she and I went to dinner (crow's nest of course). We got to chat and eat... it was yummy. Then when we got out of there she was so funny cause she said she wanted to shop, but it was like 11pm and no place was open. I said, "well we can go to meijer". She said I should do my homework and I said i could do t tomorrrow and off to Meijer we went. We shopped in the clothes and the shoes, and got unders, and then ... we shopped for chapstick (mom found the best stuff, just ask RE!), and bath stuff, and body stuff, and then groceries hehe.
IT was 1am when we got done shopping at meijer (and talking, cause we tend to chat a lot when we get together)
It was such an awesome evening! I love my mommy! And it was great to get to just hang out with her! I just had to write an entry, even though I'm sure this won't do justice to how much I enjoyed my time with her. I have the coolest mom EVER (although i know people will thinkt heir mom is better, which I'm sure everyone thinks that). But really... my mom is awesome! i'm one hella lucky girl!
