"Don't Waste Your Time, or Time Will Waste You"
Alrighty so I totally figured out what was wrong with my computer and why it was going so slow. I had installed a new Anti-Virus program, Avast. And it was EATING my CPU. Actually it was Firefox eating the CPU but it was making Firefox do it. I don't know exactly, so I am back to AVG. I like them, I haven't had any issues with them.
What anti-virus stuff do you use?
I use AVG and Spybot Search & Destroy. I added Avast because I do a lot of downloading and I am paranoid about have my hard drive cleaned or something, and I heard that if you use only one program it can't find everything but if you use multiple it will reduce chances on catching anything. I don't know, nothing every comes up on the scans so I guess that is good.
I should really reformat my computer. It could use a good refresher.
Hmmm I wonder if iTunes will slow down my computer now that I have closed Avast? I thought that was the problem last night and it fixed it some. I am just glad to find the problem.
I wrote some more on my story tonight. I wrote a good 1000+ words. Moved onto Chapter 2. I kinda started getting into it, but I stopped because I didn't know where I was going. So I started writing down some sort of outline as to where I am going. So I will think on that tonight and tomorrow and write some tomorrow.
Alrighty so this post is slightly random. I am doing laundry now, and I was thinking about cleaning up my room. I am such a night person.
Oh yeah! Go get your vote on tomorrow America! I voted on Friday. I don't know, I remember in 2004 I was so excited to vote. I was going to make a difference with my vote and America was going to change. And 4 years later I could really care less who wins the election. I am curious though, like really curious. Because all the polls are saying Obama is so far ahead and all this stuff and I actually think its going to be a lot closer then some landslide the media is making it out to be. Actually I am just tired of the media shoving Obama in my face. Its not that I don't like him, that is irrelevant. I just think they should show both sides so people can make an educated decision on who they think is right. Although asking for non-bias news is like a snowball's chance in hell.
Anyway, whatever. I won't be revealing who I voted for. I think its kinda a personal choice. I mean you have to hold your believes against 2 totally different people and then decide who you think will follow closer to what you think is right and how things should go. And for a person like me who goes down the middle so much. There are some things that are totally republican about me and somethings that are totally democrat about me. Although I do lean more liberal then conservative, so its just a hard choice. And the debates didn't help at all. The debates bored me to tears. I am just not into politics that much. Although I do think living in Texas my vote really doesn't matter. LOL

Anyway I guess that is about all. This post got kinda long and kinda random and probably a little boring, and all I wanted to do was post that I figured out the problem with my slow computer! Hahaha
