So I've been on my new regiment for a week. Still not perfect. I forget to take my blood sugar and insulin a lot of times. But I've managed it at least once a day, and I've been writing it all down. Which is better than my usual NEVER. I've been tracking my calories, and eating over 2200 every day. Sometimes more, but that seems to be my minimum. I even did my NYC Ballet workout with Bean today. Taking all my pills. I even added some flinstone vitamins. Still getting acid reflux pretty bad, and head aches for the last couple of days. I assume because of the weather, but who knows. I'm really pretty proud of my improvement. The scale says I've gained weight... but after gaining so much water weight previously, I don't always trust what the scale says. Some of it could just be fluid retention, as I do seem to consume a lot of sodium. I do feel bloated a little bit after I eat sometimes too... and I've woken up in the morning a little swollen, but it usually goes away once I'm up and about and take my lasiks. So while the scale SAYS I've gained weight, I don't trust it to be all actual weight. I do think SOME of it is weight gain though. I'm going to do a little dance when I finally get over 90lbs. again. If it actually IS weight and not just water... I could possibly do so in a little over another week at the rate I've been going. That'd be close to 10lbs. in two weeks. Not to shabby.
