Dreams.

"Some experts believe that people who tend to have frequent nightmares are more sensitive, open, and vulnerable by nature."

What? I am not.

Okay, so... I refuse to believe that dreams are just a random firing of images from our brain stem. And I refuse to believe that the universe is trying to talk to us, because that's both impossibly illogical and a little egotistical. Though it's hard to ignore all these prophetic dreams people claim to have.

I, personally, believe that dreams are a direct path of communication to our subconscious. That's all. I think this communication can be very beneficial because our subconscious is holding things that aren't readily available to our waking conscious.

But what's very important to realize is that dream interpretation is entirely personal. Carl Jung is mostly an idiot, I swear. There is no "collective unconscious". I like to help people with dream interpretation just 'cause I know a fair amount about it, but I can't tell people what their dream means, because our experiences have been different, so one item means two different things to two different people.

I woke up a few mornings ago with literal tears streaming down my face. I've woken up maybe two or three or four times crying before, but never so much.

What happened in my dream to make me cry... God and his administration took away all the trees. Okay, it sounds funny upon first thought, but really, just think about it.

The entire country was desolate desert land, with only enough grain growing for our cows to graze. It was orangeish-brown rock sand, though almost of clay consistancy. The towns were no more than three buildings, two cows, and seven people large. There was no more technology or... water even.

For three years, I ran around from town to town trying to find something more, crying and all. I got an invitation to a modeling gig/card game though, and the town it was held in was a good five buildings. I remember looking out a window at some parked cars and saying "I haven't seen a car in three years..."

Wouldn't it be terrible if all the trees disappeared?
