Work has been pretty wild lately. The new sales guy is working his tail off which means I haveta work MY tail off >_< I'm not complaining too much but man, defiantly a change of pace than what I've been use to lately. My current work roster reminds me of what it use to be like a few years ago.. Currently it is as follows:
Alpena combat training center: MI, Sep 24-25-26
Loyola University: IL, Sep 30, Oct, 1-2
Grand Rapids Griffins, MI (hockey): Oct 7-8
Rockford Icehogs, IL (hockey): Oct 9-10
Shreveport Mudbugs, LA (hockey) Oct 14-15-16
PBR (mini tour) Oct 20-21-22-23-24
Prestige AV Cincinnati OH, Oct 26-27-28
The good news outta all this is as of now it looks like my money coming in should be enough to just about take care of the rest of my debt! Not all of it, but a HUGE chunk. the first two things on the calender above actually involve gear rentals from me, so that's extra money as well! (full sound, and video production) So yeah! Things are gonna be kinda crazy but overall this is gonna help me out a TON. At the Minimum I have 21 days of a guaranteed 8 hour payday (I get paid eight hours for being on call when on the road, even if I don't do anything, or work two hours) so that means at least 168 hours of rate three pay. Not too darn shabby. This is the pickup I needed to end some financial burdens. PLUS I have shop time which I'm in no shortage of projects due to the fact that we signed on with a high dollar project due in December. Work should be solid from this point on, Thank god. Money has been tight lately and its been stressing me out BAD! lol..
As for the last few days I've been dealing with lamping and fixing 4KW lamps in our new searchlights we purchased. I've been pretty much going in early and working late every night this week. I even put in a little bit of overtime this weekend fixing these damn fixtures with Tony, which was totally cool of him =) Other stuff done on the weekend involved a few car things with Winail. We were able to get some stuff done on his car, as well as mine which is a good thing as winter is slowly coming this way! I have more winterizing to do but I'm holding off due to the fact that if October goes as well as planed I'm gonna be getting a truck again! I've found three places that wanna give me loans for a new vehicular at very low interest rates (Ford, 0.0APR 72 months, new - My federal credit union, 2005 or newer 3.6% 72 months - or a different credit union I have yet to sign on with that will do 4.3% WITH a full extended warranty on something 2006 or newer 60 months. So lots of options here. Either way I'd be paying it off before 72 or even 60 months, I just like the option of lower payments in case I need them for one reason or another... "I haz backup" Luckily my credit score is pretty darn good. Otherwise this might suck a little bit...
I also spent some time on my website Sunday evening... Uploaded a few videos, patched a bugs, added preview graphics to some stuff, added Derek Paws' pic's of Wulf and Teekon in the profile section, made a spot for Teekon, though its completely empty at the moment, etc etc.. I'm not sure why I keep the website up, but on the other hand it is kinda a nice place to shove furry stuff of mine since I don't really rely on public websites for storage or anything like that. At any rate, I've kinda been thinking on revamping it. While end users don't notice, there are SO many things that are patched together to make things work that sometimes its a pain in the ass to update things on it without having to do a TON of work. Time will tell what I do :P
Well, that's it for now.. I have some pictures and a video under the cut for grin giggles!

a video of what these things do.. video doesn't do it justice when it comes to brightness..

Had my first lamp explode. Regardless of the protection I
wear when working with these the "explosion" would hurt
pretty bad. I wanna invest in some wrist guards

Probably crazy for handling this thing without chest or arm
protection but stuff needed to get done (and I needed a picture)
(I was at least wearing a full face shield and Kevlar gloves)

I haven't talked about it much, but I invested in the Iraqi Dinar.
Hopefully this was a wise move as currently the exchange is
at a post war rate so with a little bit of luck Maybe my retirement
is sitting in these pics ;-) (back in 1996 this would of been worth
a little over half a million USD... Hopefully they build up and at
least get the exchange up to 1.3 or something.. I'd be fine with
a few hundred thousand dollars :P -not holding my breath
though. This was a small investment of only $560. BUT
people are saying that when we finish pulling out and they
start to rebuild the money value will go up. *crosses fingers*
Lots of oil assets in that country... I don't think I lost anything
by doing this...

Lastly, here's poor "woodrow" My grandma gave him to me
back when she was in the hospital. She found him in the giftshop
and just HAD to buy it for me :3 -This was back before I knew
about the furry fandom. Infact, this guy is what my character
is based off of. (little did I know at the time that this colorway
was SOooooo common :P either way I like him, and "wulfsige"
I wouldn't, change a thing and these two characters will always have
meaning to me ^..^ ANYWAY, in this pic he's getting washed
because I actually bring him with me on road trips as a remembrance
of my Grandma. I don't always trust hotels and whatnot, so
cleanings are a must :P -Couldn't help to not take this picture...
Doesn't he look sad? Look at him. Just. Look at him.
Its alright though because he's all fluffy and clean again ^^
Toodles!
