Wow... I'm SO incredibly tired. Probably due to staying up late, though that's normal. What's NOT normal is my body deciding it wants to wake up early even though I went to bed late. Of course, now that it's time for work, my body wants to sleep again... Stupid body...
Other than that, though, I'm doing pretty well. I got my window fixed on Friday in time for my date, and even though they didn't have the model GPS I wanted to buy to replace my stolen one (grumble, grumble...), I was able to find her house without any trouble, and I had a REALLY good time. She's a really cool (and pretty) girl, and I just genuinely enjoyed myself. :-) Seriously, I enjoyed myself more than I have on a date in a while.
Valentine's Day itself was fairly uneventful. I basically relaxed all day, watched some TV, went out and got a Y-splitter so that I could wire everything to play on both the TV and the projector, and went to Divine Comedy with my roommate. (Holy cow, was that a great show!!!) Sunday was also great, if fairly packed. Choir practice in the morning, church in the afternoon, followed by home teaching, then stake choir practice, then our Book of Mormon study group (complete with captive-audience, awkwardly delivered, inappropriately timed testimony/talk from an interesting, albeit nice, guy in our ward), then Ward Prayer. Before home teaching I also went over to visit my friend Kristy (not the one most of you know), who has been sick for the past week. She texted me, saying she was looking for movies, so I took my collection over, and she borrowed My Big, Fat, Greek Wedding and the first season of 24. Ah, Jack Bauer, is there anything you can't do?
Monday was filled with more relaxing, followed by a Quark marathon. I wasn't that impressed with the show, so I didn't watch most of it. I sat at my computer and monitored the game of Werewolf (basically an online version of Mafia) I'm hosting on the Quark forums, instead. I've been wanting to run a game for a while, and there have been a lot of interesting themes previously (the mafia have been werewolves, vampires, zombies, ninjas on a pirate ship, characters from various games with which I'm not very familiar, etc...), and I had a fun idea for a theme, so I decided to run this next one. People have liked it so far, so that's good. I started it up at about 3:00 yesterday. We'll see how it turns out. The marathon ended at about 10:00 last night.
Anyway, I'd probably better get to work. I've got a lot of stuff to do to make sure everything runs smoothly after I leave for vacation in less than two weeks!
