I'm trying to figure out where I want to go during 'doors open: toronto'

And I have too many tabs open! So I decided to post a few links here that I wanted to share.

First off, sushi that isn't really sushi. I just *love* the banana and peanut butter sandwich one. flygirl, we have to try that.

This morning, I was half awake and listening to the radio. They were talking about this 'doors open' thing, and mentioning that the Roundhouse was open. With steam locomotives! And I thought to myself... I need to call flygirl and invite her and her son to go, he loves trains!

And then I realised I was in Toronto, and they are most certainly not.

Heart = crushed.

Oh well! I'll go and take pictures! Never mind that you can ride in a train pulled by a steam locomotive, and I think he would have loved that... *curls up in a corner*

Next year: The Thomas Fisher Rare Books library. This sounds so cool!!

Osgoode Hall. This one is all about the law, and looks really beautiful. Also, I've always wondered what that building is on Queen!

Also, Old City Hall.

And Fire Station 315 on College, that has that tall clock tower.
