Dear people who take books with CDs out at libraries:

Specifically this 'How to Cheat in Maya 2010' book I just got.

a) Thank you for including the CD when you brought it back, I appreciate it. These books approach the usability of a brick without one. A brick trying to teach me Maya.

B)For the love of GOD, what did you do to the CD? I mean, I admit it's not scratched, but to get this dirty?? Did you use it as a coaster? Come ON.

I'm going to go and clean up the disc, and hope that it plays. Sigh. We'll also see if this posts, since I seem to be having problems with my internet where it doesn't actually load the page correctly. Hm.

ETA: Actually, those were scratches. Luckily it's still going to play. >:(

~~X~~

I propose a new addition to common library etiquette in addition to the commonly accepted return your books on time, don't cut out the pictures, and don't dog ear the pages.

Copy the effing content off of the CD onto your computer, and then PUT THE CD BACK IN THE BOOK and never take it out again.

Problem. Solved.
