Danger, Will Robinson

So, I decided to get out of the house and remove myself (temporarily) from my Gilmore Girls watching marathon because I was delving dangerously into hermit territory. I went to the mall because it's pretty much the closest store within walking distance, intent on window shopping.

The best laid plans...

So, Victoria Secret's Semi-Annual Sale is on. I don't know what it is about that store. Maybe because I was brought up that it was "dirty" and for adults only that it has so much appeal, but I could literally spend hundreds of dollars in that store in minutes. And today, I tried to. Never mind that I'm still my own car-less, never mind that I currently have no job...it's dangerous. Not good for my wallet, very good for me.

I thank my softball teammates for introducing me to it. Whenever I go to the mall with a non-softball teammate, they never understand the pull of the store and wait outside. I don't get that. It's like buying adorable clothes that no one will probably ever see except for you, and it doesn't matter if you look bad in them...cause no one will probably ever see you in them! It's like a personal present every day. Whenever you have a bad day, you can look down and say, "Man, I flunked that test....but gosh darn in, these undies have cupcakes on them. And this bra makes my boobs look good."

Anyway, I spent a lot of money...but it was worth it. I have underwear with a cupcake on them, and some good smelling body spray (3 for 12). Also navy mascara, which intruiges me. I like the productivity of today.
