Veal flavored baby food.. one word: creepy.
I've started working at Wal-Mart again, which isn't too bad. The workload is a lot lighter than when I worked half a year ago - around Thanksgiving and Christmas - so that's a plus. Still getting used to being on my feet 9 hours of the night.. think I need new shoes some time soon, as well.. but it'll be a steady paycheck.
In other news, though, it doesn't seem like I'll be going back to college next semester. While I haven't been kicked out, I was told that I wouldn't be receiving any financial aid, which equates to the same thing for all effective purposes. If I really had a choice, I probably would go back.. but I know that if I did go back, I'd just seal the deal and mess up more classes, so I'm just going to wait a while. I'm working full-time, so I'll just stick with that and get a few things going for myself.. like a car, some money, some more money.. etc, and figure something out eventually.
I can say one thing for sure, however.. Wal-Mart is definitely not my choice for a career line. I'd go crazy if I had to stock shelves 5 nights a week for more than a year or two.. it eats away at one's sanity (and intelligence - since those two are certainly separate things). Not to mention all the stockblockers..
1. stockblocking (n.) The act of placing more of a fully-stocked item on the shelves, resulting in a loss of room for items which need replenishing. See also: first shift, second shift, scumbag
