Wow -- great customer service from art.com

I ordered three botanical prints* for our dining room last week from art.com and, unfortunately, when they arrived today the envelope and all three prints were damaged in the mail.

I called their customer service number and the woman I spoke to is sending out replacements tomorrow with expedited shipping -- no questions asked.

The only thing she asked, after determining exactly how they were damaged, was that if they were at all salvageable to donate them to charity.

I'm very pleasantly surprised.
