Yeah Crazy
Ok so on Saturday at the matinee for The Real Thing there was a quite interesting patron there. This man got there and bought tickets after the show had started, so he was late seating. When the box office asked for his name to sell the ticket, he couldn't seem to remember it very easily, he was also acting a little odd and kinda creeped out the box office employee. He then goes out to his car, which was parked illegally outside the box office, and gets a messenger bag and comes back. So then the man is seated in the house and during Act 1 decides to light a cigarette - in the house, and smoke it! So the house manager asks him to put it out, he won't, she has one of the maintenence guys come and ask him (the male enforcer thing) and he had put it out by then. The man apparently then bawled and was loudly apologizing to patrons near him for the remainder of the first act.
So then the house manager gets the mans original seat number and name from the box office, so that they could monitor him through the second act if need be. Well they didn't need to worry about it because at intermission the man took his bad out to his car and began to strip...as soon as he started to get naked, the plaza security guys approached him and told him to put his clothes back on, etc. While they were talking to him, the house manager called the police, who showed up and arrested the man and put him in cuffs in the backseat, still buckass naked.
Oh the crazy that is SCR.
Obviously this guy was not ok, the police believe that he was on some form of drug. But it still made for an exciting day at the theatre.
