So the good news is.....
Jason proposed yesterday, and i accepted!!! (of course)
For those who like details and such. Yesterday was our 2.5 year anniversary. He stayed home from work and cooked me dinner. I thought it was just for the anniversary. It was a very good herb breaded chicken with djion mustard potatoes. With a nice wine. After dinner he said he had a gift for me. Which i replied that i hadn't gotten him anything. He said that's fine, would you like your gift? I said yes. He had me close my eyes and he got down on one knee, asked me to open my eyes and proposed to me. :) :) :) :)
We then spent the evening cuddling on the couch and after a couple hours called family. And those who would kill if not told immediatly. Then spent a very nice evening together.
As for the ring, it's a very beautiful Blue Saphire round, with 1 diamond on either side. Set in white gold. I fully enjoy saphires, they are much prettier than diamonds in my opinion. Very nice dark blue. He picked it out himself. And did a wonderful job.
