migraines suck
I had a great weekend. The only problem being i ended it with a giant migraine that just showed up. I figure it was a mixture of things that caused it. (normally is but anyway)
Friday was nice, just came home from work, made dinner for Jason and I and packed stuff for this weekend.
Saturday found out was missing parts to the foam for carring my canoe on my car. so sent some time tring to get a new one and did. picked up the canoe from my parents place. and went to meet jason's family in grand rapids area. a park that we went to last year for the 4th but i can't remember the name. We all had a great time and came back monday. So that we could get ready for Clan Champion (sca stuff) tues. Cats were happy to see us and we had a realitively quiet night. Went to clan Champion tues and had a good time with the different things we had to do. Jason was running it. After that was done everyone had a good time swimming in the pool, drinking and eating. Then we left and i started to get the migraine on the way home. by the time we were home it was deffently a full migraine and i tried using the meds the doctor gave me. Imitrex and so far it hasn't worked for me. including last night (lj-cut) where i tried it twice and puked both time (/lj-cut) and it just doesn't seem to work for me. Work today has just sucked. I'm too tired to do anything quickly and i have a ton of stuff that has to be done today, and tomorrow. and i just don't think it'll happen. but at least tomorrow i have a massage set up to see if the neck mussles can loosen up. Then a doctor appointment friday to see if there is a better medicine for me to try. anyway complaining done. i hope everyone had a great fourth of July
other happy news. I'm a godparent now. My friend had her baby yesterday morning. And provided the headache doesn't come back i'm going to go see them today!
