there are people that can recover files off of the hard drive...you should search for hard drive recovery services.

most cases, even though it crashed, data can still be recovered.

Unfortunately my computer crashed too! Thankfully Im getting a new one soon, and Im hoping my computer literate brother can extract all of my files off of the broken one.
