I apparently got shopped by a "Secret Shopper" at work during the holidays. I got the lowest score my supervisor has ever seen - though, sadly, not the lowest he had ever heard of. There was a written description along with the general check list, and the mysterious customer basically felt like I didn't give a shit about him when he asked about a PSP. Which is completely accurate! Bravo, ninja buyer.
