Deadbeats/Negative Experiences
I like to give the benefit of the doubt, but some people really abuse that.
Deadbeats:
warforbeginners: Expressed interest in Starting Line shirt on 10/24/05, finalized transaction on 10/27/05, said she would send $10 via paypal or postal MO on 11/02/05, when contacted on 11/09/05, claimed she had "forgotten" about transaction, even after reminder emails, and "changed her mind."
xbangbang__ : Expressed interest in 10 jelly bracelets, claimed they would send $5 via snailmail on 11/28/05. Contacted user multiple times, never recieved a response. Their journal was deleted late December 05. Still no response, waited until 1/04/06 to end transaction and put on deadbeat list.
tragicxxfailure: Expressed interest in a brand new piercing needle, claimed they would send $5 via snailmail on 12/01/05. Contacted user multiple times, never recieved a response. Waited until 1/04/06 to end transaction and put on deadbeat list. Multiple complaints about this user here and in other communities.
haligh__a_lie_: Expressed interest in gaucho-like pants and 15 jelly bracelets, claimed they would send a $20 money order on 1/13/06. Did not hear anything from user, contacted user on 1/23/06, user finally responded, backing out of the transaction.
dollfacekills: Expressed interest in trading for my purse and 2 packs of blood capsuls for a batman skirt and $5. She planned to send first on 1/10/06. Didn't recieve anything or hear from user, finally recieved an email on 1/18/06 stating that she did not want to trade anymore.
simplybecca9: Confirmed transaction Jan 04. She was supposed to send $20 for the Chanel look alike purse. I didn't hear anything from her or recieve a payment. When I contacted her Jan 23, she said she still did not have the money. When I asked on Jan 31 when she would have the money, she said she was too busy to tell me. Left negative feedback Jan 31.

BEWARE OF shesashopaholic, designerlovex, and plasticbarbie89!!!! Not only are they the same user (Christina B. from Spring Hill, Florida and New Port Richey, Florida), but she has scammed many users and continues to create new journals. She also deleted many negative feedbacks from her journal plasticbarbie89 before she closed it and made a new one.
I went into a transaction with her before I knew about all of this and when she stil had plasticbarbie89 open. I sent her $5 for a sale on a hurley zip up jacket. I didn't hear anything from her for a few days, so I went to her journal to check her transaction page to see if I was on it. Her journal was closed. I was so confused! I read her comments and saw she was posting under a different name, shesashopaholic. Apparently, she made this name to try and cover up all the negative feedback, comments, and warnings constantly made by other users. I posted in her new journal, and emailed her from her paypal email (which was plasticbarbiexox@y****.com, but had the name of "larry b." on it) and didnt' get a reply. I eventually got a reply where she said she had sent it to me. I was a little bit at ease, until I got a message from a user who told me that she too was in a transaction with Christina for the SAME JACKET! I got really confused and messaged Christina again, getting no response. I started to get worried and did a little look up and research on her. I found a whole bunch of people's journals where she tried to leave retalitory feedback and where people said that Christina deleted their negatives from her page to make it seem like she had all positives. I also found her on myspace and apparently she is only 16 (she could be younger though, but I believe the youngest you can be on there is 16?) I posted in her journal and let her know that if I didn't hear anything from her that I would have to file a claim with paypal to get my money back. (I know it's only $5, but that's not the point. She shouldn't be scamming people out of even $0.50!)
I finally filed with paypal, and her response didn't even make any sense mentally or gramatically or anything. A rocket scientist probably couldn't decode her sentences. Anyways, I was getting really frustrated and I kind of figured after getting emails from a few users and replies to by comments from other users about her being a scammer that I wouldn't get anything from her. A user sent me an interesting email- Apparently she gives out two completely different addresses to people. This user told me that Christina gave her one mailing address, and gave her sister a different address. The user gave me both, and I did a search for her phone number.
I called their home and spoke with her father. He took on an extremely vicious tone with me, while I attempted to stay calm and professional. Not only did he basically tell me to "F*** off" without actually having to say it, but he also mentioned that this hoodie had the sleeves cut off! Now this was definetly not mentioned in the description, and the other user that was supposed to recieve this sweater from Christina as well didn't know this either! Her dad claims that he monitors all of her online transactions personally and that he mails everything out, and that she has not scammed anyone and that we are all crazy and making this up.
Yes, because I'm sure everyone on the internet is against your daughter! Honestly, I don't think either of them are extremely bright, and if they are, well, then maybe their local post office is really trying to screw them over (which I HIGHLY doubt.) Needless to say, I still haven't recieved anything, and I'm waiting for paypal to contact me so I can go the next step with my claim to hopefully get my money back.
To make a long story short, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH shesashopaholic, plasticbarbie89, or designerlovex. I bet she has other names as well, unfortunately I do not know all of them.
Her ebay name is plasticbarbiexox, and I do believe she is on laundromatic but I'm not sure what her name is on there.

I have noticed many of you have had issues with the user hergreatdeals. I added her to our Bad List a few days ago because I saw enough proof to justify the original poster's claim of her being a difficult user. I posted interest in one of her items, not realizing she was on our bad list. When I did, I asked her that if we did get into a transaction, if she could send first since there were claims against her, jeopardizing her reputation as an honest seller. I recieved a very unprofessional response. I maintained my position, staying calm and trying to be friendly, and after recieving another immature response from her, was banned from commenting in her journal. I should have been aware in the beginning because she screens all of her posts in order to delete her negative feedback before it is posted. BEWARE OF THIS USER.

I found a whole bunch of people's journals where she tried to leave retalitory feedback and where people said that Christina deleted their negatives from her page to make it seem like she had all positives. I also found her on myspace and apparently she is only 16 (she could be younger though, but I believe the youngest you can be on there is 16?) I posted in her journal and let her know that if I didn't hear anything from her that I would have to file a claim with paypal to get my money back. (I know it's only $5, but that's not the point. She shouldn't be scamming people out of even $0.50!)
I finally filed with paypal, and her response didn't even make any sense mentally or gramatically or anything. A rocket scientist probably couldn't decode her sentences. Anyways, I was getting really frustrated and I kind of figured after getting emails from a few users and replies to by comments from other users about her being a scammer that I wouldn't get anything from her. A user sent me an interesting email- Apparently she gives out two completely different addresses to people. This user told me that Christina gave her one mailing address, and gave her sister a different address. The user gave me both, and I did a search for her phone number.
I called their home and spoke with her father. He took on an extremely vicious tone with me, while I attempted to stay calm and professional. Not only did he basically tell me to "F*** off" without actually having to say it, but he also mentioned that this hoodie had the sleeves cut off! Now this was definetly not mentioned in the description, and the other user that was supposed to recieve this sweater from Christina as well didn't know this either! Her dad claims that he monitors all of her online transactions personally and that he mails everything out, and that she has not scammed anyone and that we are all crazy and making this up.
Yes, because I'm sure everyone on the internet is against your daughter! Honestly, I don't think either of them are extremely bright, and if they are, well, then maybe their local post office is really trying to screw them over (which I HIGHLY doubt.) Needless to say, I still haven't recieved anything, and I'm waiting for paypal to contact me so I can go the next step with my claim to hopefully get my money back.
To make a long story short, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH shesashopaholic, plasticbarbie89, or designerlovex. I bet she has other names as well, unfortunately I do not know all of them.
Her ebay name is plasticbarbiexox, and I do believe she is on laundromatic but I'm not sure what her name is on there.

I have noticed many of you have had issues with the user hergreatdeals. I added her to our Bad List a few days ago because I saw enough proof to justify the original poster's claim of her being a difficult user. I posted interest in one of her items, not realizing she was on our bad list. When I did, I asked her that if we did get into a transaction, if she could send first since there were claims against her, jeopardizing her reputation as an honest seller. I recieved a very unprofessional response. I maintained my position, staying calm and trying to be friendly, and after recieving another immature response from her, was banned from commenting in her journal. I should have been aware in the beginning because she screens all of her posts in order to delete her negative feedback before it is posted. BEWARE OF THIS USER.
