Hrm. Well, other Disney pins are going for around $10 on eBay. The others I'm not sure of. The cup and the bowl I'll take a few bucks. The puppet maybe $5, the stamp $5.

For the ceramic scar, $5. I'm not sure how common the coin is, but I've seen them anywhere from $4-$20. So... $10 for the coin?
