Yeah, that part made me go o_O too.
Is it just a typical MAD thing that's just part of the spoof, or is there some creepy Momo scene that no one has pointed out yet?

No clue; I've only seen the animated gifs that were posted some months back. Although movie!Momo looks creepy anyway, so it could just be an extension of that.
