sneaky_elephant originally posted a ton of GIFs in the capslock community, which gave all of us many LOLs. Several appear "broken" now on some browsers, so this is a re-post so everyone can view them properly. (This entry also includes many other variations!)

god, i just... every single time anyone does any bending it's like "FLAIL AROUND USELESSLY!!1!" and then eventually some element jiggles a little or something. AAAUGH IT HURTS.

looks like katara inherited sokka's facial emotional disability.

it was scripted that way. rathbone goes and kicks a useless firebender in the gut or groin or whatever and takes back his boomerang as some sort of like... idfk. moment of triumph or some bullshit.

that just boggles my mind... like even if you wanted to have him pwn a firebender to get his weapon back, why have him grope for what's not there beforehand? does it need to be THAT OBVIOUS that he's without it before he can take it back? there's just no way to make that NOT look like a hilarious slip-up on rathbone's part.
