Sleazy mating rituals

Cracked.com has put up a new nature article I wrote for them. They added the intro themselves (you can tell because I'd NEVER use the phrase "animals and insects"...bleh) but almost all the rest is completely my own. They usually discard up to half of a submitted article and add a ton of their own writing, but I guess they were extra pleased with my work this time.
Of course I find all these animals beautiful and fascinating, but Cracked likes cynicism and mockery so that's what I give them :)
