Pig stomach, proper acidity, sperm. That'd test the feasibility of the sperm surviving. You could also mess with the acid levels to get the ph of a starved stomach.
Then you could do one of two things: you could just replicate the internal ph, heat, etc, of the average abdominal cavity after it had been lavaged, and then just see how long the sperm lived.
Or, you could build a ballistics gel torso with a stomach, space, tubes to mimic other abdominal organs, fallopean tubes, uterus, and vagina. Fill the stomach with proper acids and sperm, stab it open, lavage, close, and then see if any sperm migrate into the uterus.
It mostly just sounds tedious - especially since it's relatively clear that there's no way the girl could have become pregnant under conventional methods.
