I was gonna say... neat feet, and the locals probably think he's a god, but damn if he isn't going to walk any time soon... his legs look terribly deformed.

yup, multiple limbs don't have that much a fanbase in China.

However if it was a girl with roughly 45 arms and eyes on their hands...
