Thirded. Results can be disagreed with, but for legitimate reasons like "they did the statistics wrong", not just "I don't like what it says".

it is important because it shows a physiological difference that might be addressed in some ways through educational research. if you want poor people to have a better chance of becoming intelligent and successful, then addressing this discrepancy would be a high priority. don't you think?

See my comment below, I've had all the clasic poor upbringing and circumstances, except that I read books constantly. And I was a success and eventually worked as a Systmes Analyst. I think it did help that I remember my mother giving me vitamin pills to help out with my nutrition. Of course, we were poor because my father became disabled with Multiple Sclerosis and back then the only solution was to quit work and do nothing, hence no income.
