I love Black Swan breeding season here. I go down to the lakes where the breed and watch them chasing the kids who go, "Awww, cute fluffy cygnet let me pet it..." Mama Swan : "HSKSAAAHHHH!!!!!!!"

I have! man... I've been attacked by just about every bird bigger than a chicken. turkeys, chickens, emus, swans, peafoul (yeah, I spelled it right), gulls... thankfully no birds of prey. yet.

*grin* no, no, it's foul. once they cross the line from being "pretty birds with nice tail feathers" to "die! die, human scum!" they automatically became foul rather than fowl.

I was chased by the "pretty" swans in Lucerne, Switzerland when I was 6. Scarred for life I am. Don't feed them - they will come after you!
