does anyone have any tips on how to get long distance running improved?
i've come a long way. since my last post i've lost about 50 pounds and went from 13 minute miles to about 7 if i only run one
trouble is i'm a Marine Recruit now (SEMPER FI) and i need to get long distance running quick! so if i run for any longer than a mile i slow down quite a bit. i'd like to know ways of improving it.
what worked for the longest time is running 3-4 miles at a time every other day; but now i think i've hit a wall.
any tips would be appreciated.
