so ive been gone for a while. i really need to get back on track. i have about 4 months to get in shape for bathing suit season. its absolutely rediculous how fat i am right now. i need to not eat. tomorrow ruins it cuz im going out to lunch and i have to. but after that, im really going to avoid it at all costs.
do you girls think its better to eat a small low cal breakfast to get ur metabolism going or not to eat anything at all?
