Inspired by Rob's comment that English teachers make us read "great" books that are actually bad, I would like to see a list of each person's best. Best song, best book, best movie, and what is best in life. Not some kind of academic decision, what will stand the test of time, but what do you think is best?
Best Song: Lay Down by Priestess. It's not really that amazing unless you're into rock music, but ever since I heard it on Guitar Hero 3, I can't stop listening to it. It makes me want to rock out on air guitar, which I would gladly do if I wasn't always driving when I hear it.
Best Book: Identity Crisis. Technically a comic book, I'm saying it counts. It's great not for the sexy superhero violence people expect with comic books, it's great because it's about the flaws and weaknesses of otherwise invincible characters.
Best Movie: Batman Begins or Ironman. I can't really decide between them right now. I think once Dark Knight comes out, that will probably be my new best movie. In fact, I'm watching the trailer for it right now. Again.
Best in Life: Crush your enemies, see them driven before you and hear the lamentations of their women.
