Family Ties
Yesterday was my 52nd birthday. It was a really good day. I am such a blessed person.
Terry and Tommy came home from BG for the weekend. So I started my birthday with a 25 mile bike ride with Tommy. (We have a bike adventure coming up... more news on that in a future post.) It was forecast to rain and thundershower all day, but just in honor of my birthday... mostly sunny to sunny all day!
When we returned we cleaned up and then Andrew and Andrea came over. My Aunt Barbara, cousin Karen, and Karen's husband Tom came down from Michigan. Jeff and Lynn came over. We had a little party... cake, ice cream... and, oh yeah, I received a few presents!!! Colleen and Terry had made ham and cheese sandwiches that bake in the oven. Very tasty.
