Tso, I have set myself a new goal:
200 Miles a week on my (free, 45-pound, fat-tired, ugly, dual-suspension) bike.
It's Wednesday, and I'm _hungry_. I did 48 3/4 miles Sunday, and at least 25 a day Monday and Tuesday, and I need to do another seven today, 'cause I let myself get distracted and didn't have enough time to finish my second lap of post this morning, and only did 18 and change this morning.
All of that is before I show up for PT at 0630 in the morning (actually about ten minutes prior, but who's counting? We're on salary anyway)
On the AT (Appalatian Trail) the hunger's not supposed to kick for several weeks after you start. *sigh*
Still on track for 50 miles this Sunday, which'll be fun, but I've got a hundred and eight miles to go 'til then ^_^
