hey, I'm not dead.
So I've been back in CA for nearly a week now. I'm already a bit bored and missing friends terribly. Three months to go! I went to the beach yesterday, so nice. I'm sad that June Gloom will set in soon and will make the beach a cloudy nightmare. I've managed to fry myself the two times I've been in the sun for prolonged periods of time. It's not pretty. I just hope it goes away soon and leaves me with a beautiful bronze glow (yeah, right). Today I'm headed down to 101 for some thrifting with my sister and then seeing "Troy" later tonight (not expecting greatness).
Amusing things:
-there is a place called Wankers Corner near Portland, Oregon.
-that's the only amusing thing, really.
I'm going to keep a running tally of books and movies I've read/seen.
Movies so far:
Mean Girls (see it! better yet, if you're in CA, I'll go see it again with you!)

anyone up for the book club thing this summer?
also, since I've been reading all about scrabble, I have an urge to play yahoo's version, literati, online with friends. it would be great fun, I swear. let me know.
