Just to completely contrast with everyone's Infest posts - I went to see a Brass Band in Pudsey Park on Sunday. It was ace!
(and then I popped along to Bradford for a bit to say hello to people - was rather wonderful, in amongst lots of regularly seen lovely people I bumped into Ben from Brighton and Blue Matt from Edinburgh, neither of whom I'd seen in roughly 4 years. Excellent. Discovered Matt's at Oct Whitby so shall catch up with him more then, and Ben shall be at Aprils. Though don't know about that one, depends on who's at ATP. Oh and also depends on repeat visit to Japan :) )
On whole bank holiday was excellent. Bands at Brudenell on Sat:
and Monday was spent next door taking photos of small cakes for Emma's next planned event - the Charming Armley Cake Competition:
That was also much fun - even if it did drag me away from watching Pride and Prejudice...
