Grr
So, it's been a while since I've updated my journal, and I just feel very annoyed at my apartment now. My car was broken into-- again. The first time, they smashed the lock out of my trunk, looked around in it, and didn't take anything. This time, they broke out my passenger window, looked around at everything (including my expensive radar detector), and didn't take anything that I immediately saw.
They just break my car, and that's it. I would like to put in a system that senses when my car is broken into and zaps them with a tazer. What I'm realistically going to do is move to a better place. I wonder if there is a legal loophole here in Philly that if your apartment isn't safe, you can move out without the bad effects of breaking a rental contract.
In addition to all this fun, my car is now being rained in while I'm waiting for the cop (who I called an hour ago-- at 8:09AM). I wonder how long it will take for him to respond.
I hate Philly.
Update: The final time was 1 hour 21 minutes from initial call to a cop ringing my doorbell. *sigh*
