It Worked!
So, I came into the lab early today (9:30AM-- it's early for me)to try to do my experiment (trying to get blood to clot by activating platelets, neutrophils, both, or neither). When I arrived, the lab was in the final stages of being cleaned up after flooding from the lab above us. I helped finish that cleanup (luckily none of my stuff got messed up, but I feel sorry for Eric).
Anyway, I did my experiment after the cleanup, and it appeared to work! I was shaking the first batch a bit too hard, but the second batch seems to be working just fine. It's still got about an hour to go, but the ones that were supposed to clot first did, and the ones that should have clotted second seem to be doing well thusfar.
