"I couldn't ship my corpse!"

Recently I had to ship something using Greyhound Bus Shipping. It's kind of a wierd service for items that are extra large or heavy. I was reviewing the terms, conditions, and whatnot and came across this list of prohibited items. Some of them struck me as odd. What do you think?

Other Prohibited Articles:
  • Packages or shipments which contain the following commodities, articles, materials, or substances WILL NOT be accepted for transportation.
  • Alcoholic Beverages or Liquors,
  • including Ale, Beer, Wine
  • Ammunition
  • Animal Heads (see exceptions below)
  • Animals, Live
  • Articles Packed in Wet Ice or Water (see exceptions below)
  • Ashes of Cremated Corpses
  • Automobile Windshields (see exceptions below)
  • Birds

  • Firearms
  • Fluorescent Signs (Fabricated)
  • Glass, Window (see exceptions below)
  • Guns
  • Jewelry
  • Materials Having a Disagreeable Odor
  • Mirrors
  • Money (Coins and Currency authorized as a medium of exchange by a recognized Government, including Treasury Bills, Notes, and Bonds)
  • Negotiable instruments (Items Convertible into Currency or Cash) (see exceptions below)

Are people really trying to ship "corpses", "animal heads", "wild game", "reptiles"?

Seriously, wild game? Can you imagine a person riding into the Greyhound station on the back of his elk or buffalo, and then trying to ship it?
