One of these stupid things

I've tried to cut back on doing these surveys, but I can't always resist. This one is semi-accurate, but not entirely. It always appears on any political test that I take that I am right down the middle. I must protest though, that it is not true. It is actually because I hold rather far leaning views each way on different topics and these surveys average them, thus making it look like im a moderate. Moderates are wishy washy and non-commital, which I am not. I think it is true though, that I am slightly more fiscally conservative and ethically liberal. I think though, that it is best to choose one's viewpoints on a issue by issue basis. I label myself a Democrat, because in the society we live in today, it is necessary to be affiliated with a major party in order to succeed in politically oriented job situations.
