What are the rules & ethics of LJ stalking? Not that I'm planning on or have already done something like this. I'm strictly asking for a friend... who lives in Canada...
By stalking, I mean, found their LJ and read it without their knowledge. This has been done to me before, by someone I barely knew, and I was a little uncomfortable (buoyed by the fact that nothing I'd put on here is something I don't want people to know).
Is it okay if you know the person?
Am I a bad person? Never mind, I don't trust you people to answer that.
