Suspense, suspense, suspense
September used to be an AWFUL month because it meant going back to school after the summer holidays but now it is SO MUCH BETTER:
1) Because uni doesn't really start til 28th September which is practically October
2) All the best TV shows are back! Yay!!
On this subject - I watched the Series 3 trailer for Merlin - ha! I've missed that show - it is ridiculous.
At first I was like Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiit. This is epic. And then Arthur came along with Donkey ears. I kid you not. Honest to god, Midsummer Night's Dream DONKEY EARS. Oh show. You bring it all upon yourself, you really do.
What I'm completely thrilled about is
- Morgana lying to everyone's face - who doesn't love a manipulative, dishonest woman strolling around in fabulous clothes?
- GAWAIN!! OH MY GOD I ALREADY LOVE YOU! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T DIE. OR BE EVIL! - He's all smirky and attractive and looks a bit older than Arthur (maybe because he has brown hair? I don't know) so I want him to be all suave and awesome and be better than Arthur but for Arthur to secretly fanboy him and for Merlin to do it blatantly. Also he's played by a model, I mean jesus BBC, how good is this casting going to get?? (Also, can I say new Facebookelot character?? Because there will never be too man knights with swishy capes and fabulous hair ignoring Uther, there really never will)
- LEON - HE IS PROPERLY REALLY ALIVE AND HE IS BACK TO HAVE WATER THROWN IN HIS FACE! Ah, Leon, my lovely handsome tall strong blonde fabulous knight, I finally believe that you're alive and only slightly singed by the epic dragon attack, well done my man, well done. And they put him in the TRAILER! He is firmly established and going nowhere. (Honestly, writers, he better not be going anywhere, I would be devastated.)
Basically I'm just excited for it to be back, being fabulous with excessive amounts of swash and buckle.
