Sad anniversary
One year ago today, my father left us. Hardly a day goes by where I don't think about him.
My mother allows herself to be easily led. It is something of a curse and causes us to not be on speaking terms because her family has led her down a bad path.
It did however cause her to relay a message to my husband from my dad on the morning of his death.
Dad thanked Jeff for being around and said he considered him to be another son. He was glad that Jeff had
been around a long time and hoped he would be for a long time more, as he obviously made me happy.
