I’ve been reading and / or listening to a lot of Leonard Cohen lately, something I blame entirely on Lattelady6 and aliaspiral. Not that I don’t love Leonard Cohen, because I do, but both of these fine authors have written stories recently that strongly called a Cohen poem / song to my mind
