Duh. Dumbass. Your parents still have to call you in if you're sick and the like. Just because you're 18 doesn't mean you're in charge of everything. If you could do it yourself, you could just skip all the time.

Wtf o_O Grumpy much? I am happy I'm going to school XD I did say 'if I can help it' as in, if we do end up having to wear uniforms, oh well, I'll still be in school.

Anyway, eighteen-year-olds on their own have to be able to register themselves right? Like... sixteen-year-old gets kicked out of the house and lives with an adult friend who isn't a legal guardian in any form or fashion. Obviously this kid's parents aren't going to sign everything for school for them. o_O;

We had uniforms (sorta... it was more like an uber narrow dress code) and seniors didn't have to wear them. We still had to dress nicely (i.e. no jeans and supposedly no t-shirts, but they give up on the tshirt thing after the first week) but not the uniforms. I didn't think it was that bad.. you'll be able to survive one year
