A little of written scenery #1

For everyone wondering what "Written Scenery" means, just read this and you'll know. It's not a painting, it's not a picture, and it's not an image. It's simply words structured together to create a mental illustration that links all the senses in a (what I like to call) non-physical reality of being. But the twist is that you decide what experiences you use to create this mental playground. It's like, I give you the materials and the layout, but you get to create the results. In my personal opinion, I like this style of writing because whatever you make of it, no one can steal it. It's not something you can physically hold. It's something in your mind in which you decide to share or not. So I hope you enjoy what you read of mine from now on, since you have a better understanding of it.

"The new generation has begun."

I was driving the other day with my hands placed in comfort. As I crested the hill's top, I lifted my chin and gave my eyes to the sky. The horizon shimmered with a bloody orange and the clouds were upon the grounds of heaven. The buildings rose, the beauty was gone, I went down, and longed for more. That split second of joy, a smile untold, and my body untouched, I was God's perfect creation. I awoke from bliss and died with the heart of a child.
