I have been realizing a lot of things lately. For instance, how lucky I am to have so many good friends in my life. I never realized until honestly about last year how much friendship is truly worth. There is nothing like holding a loyal friend's hand, nothing in the world (metaphorically and literally).
And then I have realized that there are a lot of things in my past that still hurt, and along with this I've realized there's no time limit on the wounded. You can't help what your heart feels, and if you could you wouldn't be feeling any pain in the first place. Pushing it down only makes it worse. No more pushing.
