Update
So it looks like I'm slowly kicking my procrastination in the butt.
I am now legal to run people over in a vehicle and vote stupid people into authority!
Today, mom and I went to the Secretary of State and got my permit renued and got my voter's registration.
Now to work on these essays, practice parallel parking and get my license in the next month or so.
