The 'glittery' eyes, lips and teeth are amazing. Can I ask how you did that?

Yah sure! I just prepare the icon like I normally would with any icon, IE sharpening, screen layer, soft light layer, etc. Then I take the soften tool and soften any skin that's in the icon, except for the lips and eyes. Then I take the sharpen tool and use it on the eyes and lips. :-D Thanks!
