I've read a whole lot of fanfics that mention an agent Ruiz. For a while I was considering that I was just too white-girl to spell Agent Rice correctly, but then I realized that Agent Ruiz is male. IMDB never mentions him as far as I can tell.
Is he just fanon? Is this a crossover reference I'm not getting? Did I actually miss the character?
