He loved these afternoons when he could spend time with his son. On this particular afternoon they wound up at the park playing catch.
Parker was talking away about his day at school and his latest science project and Booth could only think about how proud of him he was and how proud a certain forensic anthropologist would be of his little scientist.
He threw the ball back to his son as he asked, “Dad, can we invite Dr. Bones to play catch with us next time?”
Booth smiled, “Yeah buddy we will.”
He loved these afternoons when he could spend time with his son. And he couldn’t wait until the next time they could play catch.
