Exo M argues about definitions of heroes. Idek, apparently I’m on a goat kick this week though 🐐
“My hero is totally Tony Stark,” Jongdae says around a mouthful of his hotdog. Mustard dribbles down his chin. He wipes it off with the palm of his free hand, then wipes his hand on the back pocket of his jeans. “Yours?”
“Uhh…” Lu Han’s haze floats to the crack on the ceiling above the front door. “Not sure. I guess Changmin hyung and Yunho hyung? Or Boa. Boa’s cool too, ya know.” He taps his pencil eraser against the the hollow of his cheek.
“Nah, that’s not what I meant,” Jongdae half purrs, half whines. “I mean, like, an extra special hero! Someone amazing!”
“Mine’s Thor,” Minseok volunteers, not bothering to look up from his Econ textbook. “But not the movie version. The actual mythological version. He can resurrect goats. He’s so cool.”
“What are you even talking about?” Lu Han glares in his direction, wrinkling his nose, but doesn’t get any further reaction out of Minseok. He steals a handful of Jongdae’s French fries instead, eliciting a squeal in protest.
“Hey, those are mine!”
Lu Han’s now greasy lips curl up in a broad smile as chews the stolen food, then swallows with a satisfied groan. “That’s what you get for insulting TVXQ, Dae. Not ‘real’ heroes, my ass.” He laughs, and swipes another
fry.
