I weighed in yesterday.  I am holding steady at 249.  Which is pretty good considering last week was "chocolate week" at work.  Which, as you can imagine, meant everyone was bringing in chocolate snacks to work.  Yummy, but not so good for the diet.  Over the weekend I was snack crazy.  I couldn't seem to stop eating.  Sunday morning I decided that I was probably dehydrated, so I made up a pitcher of crystal lite.  I ended up drinking 3/4 of it before I went to bed.  It did help reduce the snacking urge.

I continue to write my morning pages each morning.  The journal seems to help with emotional and stress eating.  Fiction writing is still a struggle.  I got 300 words last week.  But, I am hoping that the morning pages might eventually break through that block as well.  It can't hurt, anyway.

I am still trying to figure out what exercise is going to work best for me, and what it will take to get me motivated to exercise.  I have been using Walk It Out irregularly.  It's fun, but it's nothing that I can't give up for a day or three.  I am working on getting my office tv set back up so I can maybe use the treadmill while watching my tv shows or dvds.
