I am not dead, and I have not given up. Actually, I am slowly getting back on track (knock on wood). I have once again dedicated myself to conscious eating, only eating when I am hungry, drinking water, and exercising. I have lost 3 pounds so far over the last two weeks. I am trying really hard, and I do hope that I can keep this up.
How is everyone else doing?
